What's included in the monthly fee?

For EOR, the fee covers all statutory compliance, medical insurance, payroll processing, all employment documents, HRIS access, and IT equipment coordination. For contractor management, it covers the agreement, TDS filing, GST check, payment processing, timesheets, and misclassification protection. There are no add-ons for these core items.

Are there any setup fees?

No. Davzon never charges a setup fee for any service — at any tier.

What are the minimum contract terms?

Employer of Record has a 3-month minimum term. Contractor Management has a 1-month minimum. Neither has an annual lock-in.

Which tier applies to my employee?

EOR tiers are based on the employee's gross monthly salary: Essential up to $1,000, Professional from $1,001 to $2,000, and Executive above $2,000. If you're unsure, we'll confirm the correct tier in your cost breakdown.

How does billing work?

You receive a single clear monthly invoice showing the salary amount and the Davzon fee as separate line items. There are no hidden charges or margins built into the salary.

Can I cancel?

Yes. After the minimum term, you can offboard an employee or contractor with proper notice. We handle full and final settlement, statutory closures, and all exit documentation correctly.
