After sourcing they screen the candidates on behalf of client company (representing themselves as a Recruiter at the client company). To screen the candidates on behalf of client company the Recruiters need an email id on behalf of the client company.
The Screening/ Qualifying/ Initial Interest Check of the candidates is done by sending an email, text msg and phone call. Until & unless we hear back from the candidates whether they are interested/ not interested in the position our Recruiters keeps following up with them.
In this process the Recruiters checks the Availability, Skills, Experience Level, Salary/ Rate Expectation, Nationality, Work Authorization status, Notice period of the candidates been screened.
